I got a cold last week and I had a fever. No, not a temperature, but Spring Fever. Along with my head cold, I got a cleaning bug. I was tired and sick but still groggily working around the house, cleaning and sorting and took out two trunkfulls of items to donate.
My closet is organized and spacious, the floors are clear, and my home looks great! I still have lots of cleaning left to do in my mental 'To Do' list, but the urgency seems to have faded along with my cold.
What a strange experience. Then again, Spring is coming. How great would it be to get rid of everything I don't need? Just let it go! How freeing. Then I can take better care of what I do keep, and make everything sparkly clean and organized. Sounds wonderful. Now the question is, do I need another cold for the fever to come back and get the job done? Let's hope not. :)
