Run 35: Monday 7/6/09
Weather: mid 60's, partly sunny and WINDY
It's amazing what a lower temperature and a lot of wind will do for my endurance!! It was an awesome run today; really spectacular. I ran on a boardwalk over the lake, with the wind whipping by. The evening sun was reflecting off the water, and kite-surfers were out enjoying the blustery day. I loved it so much, I ran the boardwalk twice.
I ran 7min, 10min, and 7min, with 3min walk breaks inbetween.
